Tito Santana vs. The Mountie
They’re trying like hell to get The Mountie over, but Tito is the one who gets the reactions. Mountie hits him with the LAME shock stick for a quick pin. This era of the WWF saw Vince become obsessed with re-branding all the wrestlers with his own unique spin on their character. Hence The Mountie over Jacques Rougeau and Tito Santana becoming El Matador.
